On September 30, 2025, under the strong impact of Typhoon BULOI, the MB1 warning buoy – part of the NSRP marine outfall pipeline system – was detached from its mooring chain and drifted ashore near the coastal revetment area of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical (NSRP).

In response to the incident, Vietsea Marine Service Co., Ltd. promptly mobilized its specialized marine team to carry out the recovery and towing of the MB1 buoy back to the port. Following the retrieval, comprehensive inspection and maintenance works were conducted to ensure the buoy’s operational reliability and safety before reinstallation.
